All products apart from pierced earrings are fully refundable or exchangeable within 28 days from the purchase date.

Please kindly note that the earrings are not refundable or exchangeable due to hygienic reasons. That does not apply to ear cuff styles as these are non-pierced designs.

If you wish to return or exchange an item simply drop us an email at info@camienstudio.com with your order number and we will generate a Royal Mail return label. Returns are free of charge.
